Junk Emails and How to Stop Them #atozchallenge
Junk Mail - If you have an email whether it be 1, 2, 5 or more then chances are you get some form of Junk Mail. Whether it hits your Spam folder or not is a hit and miss. So It seems like on a daily basis I get emails from people telling me I Won or someone left me an Inheritance of some sort which I know if Spam because of who it is from.
Now usually I am pretty good at just immediately clicking delete on the emails and moving on. However, it is becoming more and more of an issue to keep the Spam and Junk Folder empty. I have one email address that I use specifically for family and bills and yet I still log on everyday and find numerous emails offering me Auto Warranty, Grants from the Government or Someone looking to meet me. Seriously I don't know how they are getting my email address and it drives me crazy.
So I went to Google to see how to get rid of Junk and Spam mail and came across this.
Now I am not sure how well this will work but I will certainly be trying it when I get a few minutes. I mean seriously something has got to be done. Especially when they are emailing me about "meeting girls and so forth". I just don't understand how some of this stuff gets sent out but I am going to do my best to stop it.
So do you have this kind of problem where your Junk/Spam folder gets filled up and some slips into your inbox? I would love to know what you do to keep this from happening if not or if you have been able to reduce it.
We have enough junk in our life that we shouldn't have to deal with Junk/Spam email as well. Gosh knows that we can't make the Mail Service stop delivering it to us but we should be able to have some sort of control over our email addresses and how we get mail.
